How much do I have to pay?

There are two fees that are required. These are a once off entry contribution and a weekly General Services Fee.

The entry contribution is a single upfront payment that secures your home for as long as you wish to remain here. The current valuation determines the entry contribution and the Board of Management provides you with a choice of payment options to consider.

The weekly General Services Fee covers many of the costs related to the running of any household and this enables you to reside comfortably in your chosen home, thus relieving you of the burden of these ever-increasing costs.  The General Services Fee is reviewed annually, with input from two members of the Independent Living Residents’ Committee ensuring that consideration is given to all of the costs related to this matter..
